My name is Colin Gregory. I was born in Billings, Montana and currently live in Beaverton, Oregon. I worked in goverment facing solutions for 7 years after receiving my Masters from Portland State University in 2020. When I am not at my computer, I am most likely taking my dogs on a walk, playing soccer, or going camping!

My family is most important to me. My parents, Susan and Paul, have always inspired me to be my best and treat people around me with kindness and respect. They are both professors at universities in Billings. I am also lucky to have an amazing older sister named Anna. She always helps guide me and support me when I need it the most. She currently lives in Broomfield, CO and has a cute dog named Beau!

My biggest hobby outside of programming would be soccer. Both my parents being from England, it was always on TV when I was younger, and it's still the same to this day! My favorite player growing up was David Beckham. I loved mimicing his crazy hairstyles and how he played. That also lead me to pick Manchester United as my favorite team. Unfortunately they haven't been very good the past few years! I play on a few local futsal teams to keep me from losing all my ability, haha.

When I am not watching soccer or programming, you can find me playing video games. Growing up, my Mom did not like when I played video games as much as I did. To be fair she was probably right, but I don't think staying up till 3 a.m. doing anything is very healthy! Either way, as I turned older she saw that I could balance my passion for video games with real life. She now is very supportive because she can see how many benefits you can get if balanced correctly.

I started out as a console gamer, I didn't start gaming on PC until college when I got my first laptop. My favorite genres of games are FPS and survival crafts. It is quite hard to pick just one favorite game, but it would probably be between Counter-Strike 2 and Valheim. Other honorable mentions would be Rocket League, Palworld, and Apex Legends.
